DESCRIPTION ::
The original bath was long and skinny with entrances from the second floor hall and master bedroom. When the homeowner approached us they had not been able to solve their design challenge of creating two independent and distinct bathrooms in the original space. We put a tub in the new guest bath and a shower in the master. The two rooms share the light of a new skylight via a clear story and a fixed pane window in the dividing wall.

The result was two bright, open rooms. One bathroom has granite tops and tile wainscoating, giving it a rich traditional feel. The other has a pedistal sink and mosaic floor, lending a retro feel to it.
